Vacancy - Program Manager

The Australian Embassy is seeking applications for Program Manager (Development Cooperation). At least two vacancies will be filled through this process, with suitable candidates merit listed for future vacancies.

The Program Manager will be required to manage one or more activities under Australia’s development cooperation program in Cambodia. This involves working with local partners to implement, monitor and evaluate development activities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, contributing to policy advice and reporting, and facilitating donor harmonisation activities.

This position is available immediately, and after an initial three-month probationary period, the successful candidate may be offered a 24-month contract, with the possibility of renewal and ultimately permanent employment.

A competitive salary package is offered, including participation in a performance management and bonus scheme. The basic monthly salary range for the position starts at USD2,355.
